If a customer buys something you can add the sale to the customer record, or if the customer is a current guest on your property, you can add the sale to the guest's reservation.
Adding a retail sale begins at the Edit Customer window.
Click Add Retail Sale to display the Add Retail Sale window.
Define the following information:
Date of Sale - click the down arrow to select a date from the calendar
Customer Name - if you selected an existing customer, this information will already appear. To add a new customer, click Create New to access the Add Customer window.
Taken By - select your name from the drop-down list.
Type any notes relevant to the sale.
Click Add Extra to select a retail item to add to the customer's bill.
The rest of the process is identical to adding an extra.
