Adding a Room to a Reservation

Adding a room to a reservation begins at the Add Reservation window.

To add a room to a reservation:

1. Click Add Room from the Add drop-down list in the Select Items sections to display the following window.

2. Define the following information

• Select the rate at which to book the room from the Rate Type drop-down list.

• Adjust the rate if necessary.

• % discount - apply a discount percentage

• $ discount - apply a dollar amount discount

• Flat rate per night - change the rate to a certain amount per night

• Manual override - allows you to edit the per-night rate for each room by right-clicking in the room night cell (not available for packages)

• Select the number of adults and number of children.

• Assign rooms to specific guests (optional).

• Click Show All Available Rooms if you wish to add rooms to this reservation.

• You can also click Show Packages to view lodging packages for the room.

3. Click Book to book the room.
