Click the Configuration icon 
or select View > Program Configuration from the menu to display the Configuration window.
Extras are point-of-sale items you sell or add to a room that are not part of a package, such as massages, bike rental, or even a postcard. You may also sell extras as part of a package. If so, set the room combination and extras up as a package. Extras are stand alone add on items.
Click the Configuration icon or select View > Program Configuration from the menu to display the Configuration window.
Click Extras to display the Extras window.
From here you can add, edit, merge, or delete extras.
