Types of Reports and Documents

RezOvation GT provides several reports and documents to aid you in managing your property.

All reports are based on Word templates.

To view a complete list of the report and document templates that come with RezOvation GT:

Click the Manage Templates icon or select View > Manage Templates from the main menu to display the Templates List.

To generate a report:

Select the type of report you want to generate from the Reports menu.

To generate a document:

Booking Engine emails are generated automatically.

Other documents and emails are generated from the Edit Reservations window and the Edit Customer window.

You will see Print and Email buttons like the ones above on windows from which you can print or email documents.
